Play money only. Nothing on this site can be bought, won, withdrawn or exchanged for anything of value. The credits are a number in a demo, and the demo is not gambling.

1. What this is

Fox Adventures at aguligames.com is a free demonstration of a crash game engine. It is operated as a technical showcase, not as a gambling service. There is no deposit, no withdrawal, no prize, and no way to redeem the demo credits. Balances may be reset at any time.

2. Who may use it

The demo is intended for adults (18 years or older, or the age of majority where you are, if higher). Do not use it if you are a minor. If you are in a place where even free-to-play games of this kind are restricted, it is your responsibility not to use it.

3. Fair play and the outcome of a round

Every round's outcome is fixed by a hash chain committed to before betting opens and can be verified independently; the method is described on the front page and at /api/fairness. The server's record of a round is final. Simulated players marked “BOT” take part in the bet feed so it is not empty; they are labelled as such and never stand in for real people.

4. Your identity here

The site recognises you by a token stored in your browser. Clearing your browser's storage, or not visiting for ninety days, ends that identity and its balance. You may choose a display name; we may change or remove a name that is offensive or impersonates someone.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, scrape it at a rate that harms it, open many connections to game its limits, or try to interfere with other players' sessions. We may block addresses or identities that do.

6. No warranty, no liability

The demo is provided as is. It may be unavailable, change or be withdrawn without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we accept no liability for any loss arising from its use. Since nothing of value is at stake, there is nothing to reimburse.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date above says when. Questions go through the project's issue tracker.
